     Steam-heated Vaporizer belongs to the liquid gasification, through the inside tube of the stainless steel coaxial bank cannula set in the vaporizer, saturated steam heats the condensation water in the out layer from top to bottom. The conden-sation water heats the liquefied LPG by the way which is relative mildly, and superheats it. After the stainless steel filter basket strips down part of the recombining and then pipes into the pipe network.

     During the working process, inside the Vaporizer exists a certain high PNG liquid level. When the quantity of gas using ascending and descending, the LPG liquid level will do the same things in order to seek the reasonable heat exchange area to fit the change of the quantity of gasification.

When something happened as follows, the LPG inlet solenoid valve will be shut off automatically.
(1) LPG liquid level exceeds limit (Up limit)
(2) Condensation water temperature exceeds limit (Low limit)
(3) Output gas temperature exceeds limit (Low limit)

 
  Technical Features
 

(1) The stainless steel coaxial bank cannula heating exchange structure makes gasification proceed in a relative mild condition.
(2) Fin tube heating exchange structure increases heating exchange area, improves heating exchange efficiency.
(3) This equipment has magnetic cross board liquid level indicator, which makes the liquid level show intuitionistic, also the liquid level safety catenation signal is supplied.
(4) The equipment control system and main valves are all products imported from famous brand factory.
