Hot-water Heated Vaporizer whose quantity of gasification more than 1000 kg/h belongs to the liquid gasification, the LPG absorbs the heat of the coaxial bank of pipes in the vaporizer and superheats, through the stainless steel filter bask-et strips down the water and part of the recombining and then pipes into the pipe network.
When working, inside the Vaporizer exists a certain high LPG liquid level. When the quantity of gas using ascending and descending, the LPG liquid level will do the same things in order to seek the reasonable heat exchange area to fit the chan-ge of the quantity of gasification.
Hot water is always supplied by the hot-water supply system, which is made up of outside water heater, circulating pump and high cistern, and automatically controlled in the working scope set by users by the instrument.
When something happened as follows, the LPG inlet solenoid valve will be shut off automatically.

Pressure relief valve will jump up automatically when the presser inside the vaporizer exceedsthe setting pressure (17.2k-gf/cm2) of it. |
