It provides thermal and process heat by catalytic combustion of fuel (such as NG, LPG etc.) on cordierite plate coated with combustion catalysts.
During the catalytic combustion, the molecule of fuel becomes free radical with low energy on catalyst surface, and then turns into production in high level vibrancy excitation which radiates infrared ray efficiency, avoiding the energy loss of visible light, so the energy usage efficiency is very high.
As a key component of our unique catalyst, the Oxygen Storage Materials (OMS) with high performance can make the gas combust sufficiently and not form any carbon in the hole of cordierite plate.
In addition, our catalyst with high selectively can prevent side reaction that products pollutions. In fact, the catalytic combustion is one of the cleanest ways to obtain thermal energy with very little or even no CO, NOX, or unburned hydrocarbon produced, and so, it does better to environmental protection.
Our products also perform longer useful life than common infrared ceramic plates. |
